Congratulations to the LFA Filmmaking Diploma 10 graduates, whose graduation film ‘The Nightclub’ -  directed by Charlie Bray - has been selected for the 7th London Short Film Festival.

This year, the London Short Film Festival only accepted UK submissions. It will take place from 8-17 January in various venues across London. Further information can be found at www.shortfilms.org.uk.

'The Nightclub' will be showing at the Lexi Cinema on Sunday 10 January, 13.45 in the shorts programme, New Shorts 5a: God’s Lonely Men pt 1: Under Attack, stories of male confrontation for the 21st century, with new UK directors sharing their personal takes.

Charlie is currently in post-production on another short he's directed and is about to start the festival circuit with another one he's produced.

The Director, Charlie Bray, comments:

"I'm very pleased that 'The Nightclub' has been chosen for such a popular festival, better yet in my hometown! We had a great time working on the film and I think, among other things, the end result managed to squeeze impressive production values from the traditionally modest student budget. I hope that everyone who sees it enjoys it!"
