We are looking for a Course Leader to lead the delivery of our 2-year BA (Hons) Filmmaking and provide educational oversight through defined development, management and monitoring practices. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, creative and innovative educator, who will contribute to the design and delivery of modules in this, and related courses.

Role details:

Start date: 1 September 2022

Salary: £30k - £39.5k per annum

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, usually Monday to Friday

Based: LFA Headquarters, Fulham, SW6. Some flexible working conditions will be considered.

London Film Academy (LFA) is seeking a part time Course Coordinator with excellent administrative; organizational; and interpersonal skills to join our team at our busy higher education film school based in Fulham, London.

Reporting to the Head of Courses, the successful candidate will support the success of our students through the administration of course delivery. It will be a varied and challenging task load, and we are looking for a candidate with great determination, a professional manner, and a pro-active mindset.

This role is suited to an individual with administrative experience, ideally within in the higher education sector. They will have regular interaction with students and tutors.

Role Details:

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 pro rata

Type of Contract: Fixed Term for 1 year

Hours of Work: 0.5 FTE

Based: LFA Headquarters, Walham Grove, Fulham, SW6. Some flexible working conditions will be considered.

Marketing & Commms – this team is responsible for our public-facing presence including our website, social media, data and events.

Courses – this team is responsible for our undergraduate, postgraduate and short courses and for the student and tutor experience.

HR – this team is responsible for our HR processes. Admissions – this team is responsible for student recruitment onto our courses.

Operations - this team is responsible for our building, and technical equipment (filming and editing)
