JOB OPPORTUNITY: FRONT OF HOUSE AND ADMISSIONS COORDINATOR 

London Film Academy (LFA) is seeking a Front of House & Admissions Coordinator to join our internationally renowned and innovative film school; based in the heart of bustling Fulham, London.

This crucial role sits within both the Operations Team and Admissions Team. With key duties interwoven across the two departments, this role suits an individual who desires variety within their day-to-day responsibilities; maintains a flexible approach; has the ability to multi-task projects or action points simultaneously; and possesses a natural flair to conduct their work with accuracy and a high level of attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential to this role, as communicating with a diverse range of audiences, both internally and externally, will build a core element of each working week.

JOB OPPORTUNITY: TECHNICAL COORDINATOR

London Film Academy (LFA) is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join our internationally renowned and innovative film school; based in the heart of bustling Fulham, London. 

This hands-on role will support the daily workings of our equipment office, brimming with a selection of top of the range camera apparatus and accessories. With a need for an understanding of handling and maintaining a range of filmmaking equipment, this role would suit somebody with up to 2 years’ practical experience working within a fast-paced equipment management role at a facilities/kit hire business, likeminded education institution or production company. Kit care will come second nature to you and ensuring its contents are kept in pristine quality will be your utmost priority. You may already possess an awareness of the latest tech trends within the industry or have an eagerness and keen eye to learn. With a large footfall of regular students accessing equipment, you will be approachable and helpful whilst remaining organised and astute throughout.

JOB OPPORTUNITY: SENIOR TECHNICAL COORDINATOR

London Film Academy (LFA) is seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to join our internationally renowned and innovative film school; based in the heart of bustling Fulham, London.

This practical role will oversee the operational management of our equipment office, kitted out with an impressive hi-tec range of camera apparatus and accessories. Imperative to the success of the role is an in-depth knowledge of filmmaking gear, technically and practically, with a comprehensive understanding of required maintenance and handling procedures. The suitable candidate will have at least 2-3 years’ experience working within a fast-paced equipment management role at a facilities/kit hire business, likeminded education institution or production company.

With a large footfall of regular students accessing equipment, you will be required to take a thorough approach to checking kit in and out, monitoring their movements where possible.

Supported by the Technical coordinator, you will help shape an organised and efficient department.

JOB OPPORTUNITY: ADMISSIONS COORDINATOR 

London Film Academy (LFA) is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join our internationally renowned and innovative film school; based in the heart of bustling Fulham, London.

This detail-oriented role sits within our Admissions Team, with additional interdepartmental support offered to our Marketing Team when required. Day-to-day the successful candidate will monitor and follow up on new leads; liaise with potential or prospect applicants for our diverse range of short and long courses; assist with queries and offer advice; and provide administrative support on the process-driven demands of the Admissions department.

Demonstrable experience within an administration and/or sales role is essential. The post-holder will manage a busy workload so they must have the ability to work quickly, efficiently and in a self-directed manner. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the capability to create a rapport with a range of internal and external stakeholders is key to the success of this role. In addition, the suitable candidate will possess an aptitude towards statistics and data, stay current on recruitment trends and developments, whilst remaining dedicated to fulfilling the high standards of our customer journey throughout.

JOB OPPORTUNITY: ADMISSIONS MANAGER

London Film Academy (LFA) is seeking an Admissions Manager to join our internationally renowned and innovative film school; based in the heart of bustling Fulham, London.

This critical role manages our Admissions Team, whilst working closely with our Marketing Team to generate and capture leads. Day-to-day the successful candidate will implement the fulfillment of our recruitment strategy; monitor new and existing leads; report on analytics and movement of admission figures; liaise with potential or prospective applicants for our diverse range of short and long courses; manage the LFA Admissions cycle in line with LFA policies and processes, ensuring compliance with all appropriate legislation; as well as evolve and streamline the Admissions department as a whole.

Extensive experience within an administration and/or sales role, in a senior capacity, is essential. The post-holder will manage a busy department so they must have the ability to work quickly, efficiently and in a thorough manner. In addition, the individual must have experience improving systems, with a willingness and proactivity towards continuous evolution and positive, impactful change, where necessary; take pride in administration, in an immaculate fashion; as well as have experience understanding and dealing with sensitive data.

  • Operations - this team is responsible for our building, and technical equipment (filming and editing)
