This crucial role sits within the Operations team with key duties at Front of House, Office Management and Administration. As the face of the LFA, situated at our entrance lobby, you will project a positive and welcoming initial experience for all who enter the building. This role will also assist with supporting the Operations & Facilities Manager on various building related matters including Health & Safety, IT infrastructure and systems processes.

Role Details

Salary£25k - £27k per annum

Hours of Work: 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday + occasional weekends / weeknights, as and when required

Based: LFA Headquarters, Walham Grove, Fulham, SW6

We are now seeking a part time Course Coordinator with excellent administrative; organizational; and interpersonal skills to join our team at our busy higher education film school based in Fulham, London.

The successful candidate will support the success of our students through the administration of course delivery. It will be a varied and challenging task load, and we are looking for a candidate with great determination, a professional manner, and a pro-active mindset.

This role is suited to an individual with administrative experience, ideally within the higher education sector. They will have regular interaction with students and tutors.

Role details:

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 pro rata

Type of Contract: Fixed Term Contract until September 2023

Hours of Work: 0.5 FTE

Based: LFA Headquarters, Walham Grove, Fulham, SW6. Some flexible working conditions will be considered.

We are now seeking an experienced Head of Marketing and Admissions to join our innovative film school; based in the heart of bustling Fulham, London.

This role will support the development and implementation of LFA’s growth and tactical business strategies, which champions the quality of our customer experience and brand excellence. This will be carried out in line with the LFA vision, mission and values delivering on our commitment to fostering a thriving film education community.

Role Details:

Salary: £55k-65k per annum

Hours of Work: 9am-5:30pm, Monday - Friday

Start Date: Early 2023

We are seeking to recruit dynamic; creative; and innovative educators experienced in cinematography, editing or producing to lead modules in our BA (Hons) Filmmaking; MA Filmmaking; and MA Screenwriting courses. The successful candidates will contribute to the design and delivery of allocated modules. The Module Leader will provide academic oversight through defined development; management; and monitoring practices.

Role details:

Salary: Based on experience

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Type of Contract: FTC for 2 years

Start Date: Early 2023
