Since our inception we have nurtured and produced hundreds of world-class filmmakers who have gone on to make their own independent projects and work on some of the biggest productions, such as: 'Chernobyl', 'The Irishman', 'Game of Thrones', 'Green Book', 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi', 'Justice League', 'Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald', 'Rogue One: A Star Wars Story' and 'Alien Covenant' to name but a few.

Jean Philippe Gossart

"The London Film Academy gave me the opportunity to meet important players in the industry. They have always been there to help me find my way and develop my knowledge, even after the course had come to an end". Jean Philippe’s credits have included cinematography on 'The Witcher', 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi', 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them' and 'Justice League'.

Philip Clements

Philip Clements is an Emmy-winning sound editor, who graduated from Filmmaking Diploma at London Film Academy in 2004. Since then, he has worked on several successful films and television shows with Boom Post as a foley editor. Some of his notable work includes ‘Peaky Blinders’, ‘The Crown’ and won the Emmy Award for Sound Editing for ‘Chernobyl’. He specialises in sound production and has become an expert in dialogue cleanup, foley and sound design.

William Tennant

Will Tennant graduated from the LFA Filmmaking Diploma in 2006 and went straight into a work placement at Icon Entertainment. He was plunged straight into story development at Icon and his script work there led directly to him taking up a role at Andy Serkis’ The Imaginarium Studios – Europe's leading Performance Capture studio and production company. Will is now Head of Film at The Imaginarium.

Joseph Adesunloye

Writer and Director, Joseph Adesunloye made headlines in 2016 for his spectacular feature film debut, ‘White Colour Black’. The film earned him a nomination for the prestigious IWC Filmmaker Bursary Award and premiered in the United States after being selected for the 25th Pan African Film & Arts Festival.

Alice Rosso is an award-winning screenwriter and LFA Screenwriting Diploma graduate based in London. Her first short film ‘I’m Here’ (2016, UK) has been selected for five international film festivals. With her feature film scripts, she has been selected for the BAFTA Guru Labs 2017’s talent pool.

Robert Hall

Film Editor, Rob Hall attended the first Filmmaking Diploma in 2001. Having edited short films, promos and music videos, Rob cut his first 35mm feature ‘Shirgo’ in 2006, an intense Mexican drama. This was followed by the high-profile feature ‘The Tournament’, an explosive action film starring Robert Carlyle, Ving Rhames and Kelly Hu, theatrically released in 2010. He has since gone on to edit a dozen feature films, as well as television.

Akbar has over two decades of experience in the film and television industries. With a background in design and a post-graduate diploma in Film Making from the London Film Academy, Akbar has made dozens of television programmes, commercials and corporate documentaries.

Alice Caronna

Alice was selected as ‘Cinematographer of the Year 2008’. Her first short film as a director, 'Into The Light', has been screened in several film festivals across Europe and the US and won the Golden Palm Award at the Mexico International Film Festival 2009 and the Critics Award at the Acquedolci Independent Film Festival 2009.

Michele is an award-winning writer director. A London Film Academy 2010 graduate, he has written and directed numerous commercials, short films, and the feature “Fat Cat”. His films have been selected in several Oscar-Qualifying and BAFTA-Qualifying festivals worldwide, and have featured on publications such as Empire Magazine and La Repubblica.

Filmmaking Diploma Graduate, Director, Producer and co-founder of Virago Films. Teodora is currently working on the development of a feature film and the series +1, while directing commercials and brand films. Her short film #ILLUSION, focusing on the illusion we are living through social media, was sold to Canal Plus and showcased in Palm Springs and LA Film Fest.
